The Moondream Soundproof Curtain is an efficient solution to dampen incoming noise up to -7 decibels and create a quieter atmosphere. This patented all-in-one solution also insulates your home against Heat, Cold and Light.
The Moondream Soundproof Curtain uses our own patented technology (U.S. Patent N° 9475260) with 3 layers of strategically assembled materials to obtain the best results in sound insulation that can be achieved with a fabric curtain. Our product has been tested by independant laboratories to confirm its perfomance.
- Sound insulation: Noise reduced by four-fold, reaching a drop of up to 7 decibels (1). Reverberation of sound in the room reduced for a quieter atmosphere, e.g. for a surface area of approximately 215 ft² the reverberation time is reduced by 0.4 seconds (2).
- Thermal insulation: Up to 37% reduction of heating costs in winter (3) and a drop in temperature during summer (4).
- Light insulation: 100% blackout effect for improved sleep quality.

The panels are: 1) Well made 2) Adds an elegant appearance to our baby’s room. 3) Substantially insulating (sound and light). Cons: expensive, grabby top layer fabric. They are a very good product. I purchased the pair to help bring some black out capability and sound deadening to our baby’s room. I could immediately see and hear the difference in out small once echoey room.

Very nice curtains. Great quality. They aren't exactly soundproof but they do lessen the noise coming from the road construction outside.

I bought a sound blocking curtain for my husband to use in his home office. It works great to muffle noises from the rest of the house. Great with use of white noise machine! It shipped the same day and I received it the very next day!

We've had a pair in two windows that face West, during the afternoon the heat is unbearable on that side of the house. These curtains outperform the description, the curtains really reduce the heat gain into the room through the windows, they also really work at noise reduction like they discribe. Great product.

First off would like to say the curtains arrived a day earlier, which is awesome. The curtains are not as heavy as i assumed they would. The curtains are more of a off white than white, which is no problem. They are easy to hang up ( i used a curtain rod which fits through the hole). They work excellent at blocking out the sun, for soundproofing not as much. I would say they muffle sound but def not blocking out sound. I think they are overpriced for what it looks like. Fabric is ok but ive seen better in your local curtain store. Overall i wouldnt order them again. I found a better product on amazon for almost half the price. So with these curtains and the other one i bought from amazon i do notice sound reduction in my room. But dont expect these alone to work, only good at blocking out light.
