The blackout curtains aren't well-made; the side hems are all puckered, and a lot of threads are sticking out. They look cheap. I'm not sure if I'll keep them.

The panels are more grey than white. Very disappointed because grey doesn’t go in my room. Other than misrepresenting the color the quality is good.

Hello Thank you for your comments. The white color of the fabric can't be an optic white since the fabric is weaved with a black yarn in order to get the blackout fabric. Best regards The Moondreamwebstore Team

Some of the reviews imply that the hem is a raw edge, but it's not. You can hem it if you want to, but it's not necessary if the standard size works with your space. They're also not industrial as one review said, but they are pretty modern. I like the textured look, and it is fairly room darkening for a white curtain. Really, really happy with them

I have never received drapes that were not hemmed. I really liked the quality and color but I would not have bought them if I realized that I was expected to use an iron on product to hem them.

Curtains arrived quickly, hung easily. Block out light wonderfully. Look and feel soft, flow and drape well. Service and product quality don't get much better than this. I'd order again. These are great for my modern Florida condo. You can hem them or not. I didn't and they hang nicely. I may hem later, but for now, they are fine. Thank you.

I struggled trying to find white blackout curtains for a nursery. Seemed like a simple thing to find, but after researching, found that not many people carried white, since they don't provide as much blackout coverage as a darker colored curtain. And I didn't want to pay $100 at one of the expense retail stores. Finally landed on these and I'm very happy with the purchase. They aren't blackout, but definitely room darkening. I would definitely recommend!

The curtins are nice. The white like someone said in a different review do almost have a slight grey hue to them. The only thing I don't like is the hem on the drape is not a regular hem. They sent something to iron on the bottom. I guess I didn't notice that in the description when I was ordering.

I was afraid to order these, because I had already purchased blackout but these almost perfect. Not a total blackout but close enough to make me happy. They also help to keep the heat out, and in Florida that's a big plus.

These white blackout Cotton effect curtains are a replacement for some marshmallow-white curtains that let every bit of light in and interfered with my sleep. I agree with other comments that these blackout curtains have a slight gray undertone to them, especially next to my old curtains, but WOW do they ever block out the light! They seem very well made, and the slight off-white/gray color is a great trade off for a good night's sleep!

Curtains are excellent quality. Only thing I would like to suggest is that your site describes the color of the grommets. My curtain rod is black/oil rubbed bronze and I wanted the grommets to match. The photo showed them as dark, so I took a chance. They are dark silver color. Still going to put them up because I think it will be fine.

The product quality is awesome -- they are much whiter than I anticipated and I really wanted more of a cream, so I layered mine behind some cream IKEA curtains. But if you're looking for a true blackout curtain, this fits the bill!

I could not be happier with my purchase. The curtains look perfect in my nursery, and block the light very well, even straight sunlight. They look just like described, it is not plasticky as some of the other blackout curtains are. Even though they are white on both sides, they look a little gray because of the black material inside them that you can almost see through the treads.

I had ordered cheaper curtains elsewhere and had to return because I couldn't get rid of the dirty sock smell. Did a search and found many products had reviews complaining about the smell. This was the only consistant 5 star reviewed curtain and I agree. No smell, Excellent job.

It's very hard to find white blackout curtains. These are a bit on the cool side of white, but are very good at darkening the room. Material is a nice weight and they hang very well. I like the tape that is sent with each panel so you can easily hem them if needed. I'd highly recommend this product---price is great too!

I LOVE these curtains. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the material - it has a real cotton feel and look, and drapes beautifully. I purchased them in white - they look clean and sharp. Just the look I was aiming for. And in terms of functionality - A ! These really do block the light, it's really made a difference for my newborn who can now sleep past sunrise! LOVE LOVE LOVE!

I think the biggest thing about these curtains is that they are unhemmed. I didn't understand that from reading the product description. I needed 84 inch curtains so that is what I ordered. If I hem them (with the materials provided), they will be short. And the unfinished hem at the bottom is uneven so I can't fix it. Nor can I return the curtains. They block most light and heat so that part is effective, just beware of the length and unfinished bottoms.

The curtains deliver the promise of being blackout curtains. Only problem is the white color has a bit of a gray tint to it. I have it up against white walls so that contributes. I wish it were a bit more white looking though. The fabric is nice and heavy and hangs great.

Great experience. I happen to come upon this site when I was searching for blackout curtains in white. On other sites all white curtains were sheer. I love my white blackout curtains. I love my curtains. I searched online for white blackout curtains, I also searched in stores. Could not find any long enough, or blackout enough, or pretty enough. The fabric were always horrible. I went out on a limb and bought the white blackout moodream curtains. Im so happy with them. I had a very bright room at night that let in all the city light. It is so dark and wonderful now. My next purchase will be the blackout, nose reducing, and thermal insulated curtains.

Do not hesitate to purchase!. These curtains are just as describe. They are soft, elegant and modern. They are not your grandma's blackout curtains. I have searched and purchased many white blackout curtains and nothing compares to Moondream. White black out. curtain cotton. I love my new white black out curtains the quality is wonderful. the curtains were just like they decribed them.
