The soundproof is really a wonderful option. I live in the city and close to the ground floor. These helped me condition the bedroom so that I can sleep better. They do arrive needing to be cleaned Because of production chemical odors and hemmed. Other than that , very good product.

The soundproof curtain is beautiful but certainly not soundproof, we used it at the bottom of the stairs and it might have muffled the sounds slightly. I had hoped for and expected more. The the money I would have just bought regular curtains.

The curtain was less effective than I had hoped, but still had an effect. They would be best used in combination with other techniques (carpets, shutters). In the end I decided to return them and to seek a different solution. (If we have a noisy night, we will use sofa cushions jammed into our window cavity to reduce the sound; that is much more effective as a stand-alone solution). But the curtains were clearly of a high quality, they are good looking, it is a neat product, and we might still re-order them later, thanks in large part to the excellent customer service. Our return will require us to pay shipping and a 10 USD re-stocking fee, which seems perfectly reasonable.

Great curtains. Great quality, looks rich. They do block the street noise as well as can be expected which makes for a better night’s sleep since I live on a very busy street. And bonus for blackout quality and containing warmth. My one complaint if you can call it that is that exchanges aren’t possible once you open the curtains so make sure you like the color. Color is nice, it just didn’t match my room as well as I thought it would but still keeping the curtains because they are dreamy.

LOVE the curtains. They are beautiful, and also blackout the light. Think they do well to keep the sound out as well. Worth the price. I work graveyard shifts and need my sleep.

Thank you, I appreciate the help with how to make the curtains more effective by adding the double sided tape. No doubt the curtains add some sort of noise reduction, though not immediately noticeable.

We have a severe sound issue in our loft- we live on the corner of two busy streets and directly across the street from a noisy restaurant. The curtains definitely helped to muffle the sounds from both. Great product!

Great curtains, while I didn't buy them for noise reduction, as I live somewhere quiet, so I can not comment on that. I bought them for the blackout, which is brilliant. I have a car park flood light into my bedroom, which now does not bother me at all, my room is pitch black! With a wrap around curtain pole, I do not have any light coming in the sides, but sun comes through the grommets, the top and bottom.
